These palettes are the equivalent in YSL as the 5 color eyeshadows in Dior. I really like these two brands, they have really good quality products, the products are more expensive than drugstore brands, but the quality is here.
There's also 2 brushes : a little one, and a bigger one.
The first one is a brown palette, the colors are brightennings, little spangles in it, very discreet. I'm going to describe the colors in this order: the two on the left, the color in the middle, and the two on the right.
The first one is a kind of orange-brown colour, the second a brown-goldenish colour, in the middle, the lightest of the five, a beige skin colour, I use it as an highlighter (in the inner corner of the eye, and under my eyebrows).
The next colour is a brown-pink colour and the last one, a purple colour.
It's hard to describe colours because everyone see it differently.
The green palette is composed by: A deep dark green, then a "grass" green. In the middle the colour is a white with a very little bit of pale green. Then a kaki green (green with a little bit of yellow in it), and a golden green.
Like I do for the Dior eyeshadows (and every palette), I apply these colours from the lighter to the darker, from the inner corner of the eye to the outter corner.
It exists more than 6 different YSL palettes, a pink one, a blue one, etc... I really like it, I would certainly buy the others one day.
